In accordance with the terms of the AIM Rules and insofar as the Group is aware, as at 30 June 2024 0.17% of the Group’s AIM securities were not in public hands.
Since the 30 June 2024 the Company's number of shares has increased to 2,334,323,352. The Company received notification on 5 August that Mr. & Mrs. Jones are the beneficial holders of 10.243% of the issued capital.
